We are beginning to source contract proposals from membership. Help us help you by coming up with contract proposals to change our workforce rules for the better.  You can submit it all online.  Click the button at the bottom to submit.  We need your help to alter and enhance our contract for our betterment and benefit. We need YOU, our AMFA membership, to speak up and say what you would like changed. Current Contract.  Whether you are close to retirement, or have just joined our workforce, this time in the aviation industry is unprecedented, and we can use that to our advantage.  

The Alaska/AMFA contract is amendable in October of 2023.  We can begin negotiations with the company up to 1 year from the amendable date, which puts out a potential negotiation timeline beginning as early as October 2022.   Our plan is to have our side of the process as complete as possible by October 2022.
