AMFA Accident Investigation Team Members
The Association recently conducted extensive interviews to fill vacant Accident Investigation Team (AIT) positions. We received many applications from experienced and qualified applicants system-wide, and the competition was extremely high.
Members of these airline-specific teams are required to sign a four-year minimum commitment due to training costs and must fully understand that in the event of a major accident, members that are party to an NTSB investigation may be required to remain on scene for a few days or up to several weeks or months.
