This is an alternative option to opt out of the mandated WA State Long Term Care coverage.  This must be applied for by YOU the member.  AMFA Local 14 cannot do anything to help you.   YOU are fully responsible to meet all deadlines and enrollment option requirements ON YOUR OWN.  

There is a urgency to your actions if you wish to "opt out" of the WA State Tax and wish to participate in a personally chosen program.  Call/Email Sean Pfeiffer Immediatly to ensure you meet all deadlines.
