Alaska Airlines AMFA employees will receive approximately an 11.5% raise across the pay scale. Keep in mind it was uncontestable language brought forth in our CBA from our TA integration that triggered us to receive this raise. Strong contract language yields strong results.
Top of Scale (TOS) $57.44 includes $5.00 license premium, $0.60 line premium, and $0.50 max longevity pay
Placing us $0.01 above American Airlines, we'll be ranked the 3rd highest in the industry in pay.
